KTK Sundaram Realty is a proprietary concern managed by Mr. k.t.kalyanasundaram, a resident of Chennai for 5 decades. A post graduate in materials management, KTK Sundaram has held prestigious posts in Ashok Leyland for more than 2 decades and has proved his mettle as the best administrator.

After having served in the company for more than 20 years, he resigned and engaged himself in real estate field and has been doing business continuously without break. His vision to achieve greater goals has kept his mission unaffected until today by any kinds of hiccups in the field.
